THE PROCESS

Trust the process...

I understand that it can seem overwhelming to take the first step into therapy, however it can be taken one step at a time.

The first step: contact me for a free phone 15 minute call to explore the possibilities of us working together. 


Each session lasts for 50 minutes and 60 minutes for couples. Sessions will usually take place at the same time each week.

There is no fixed number of sessions, this can be discussed and agreed during the initial consultation.

I currently only offer online video sessions in a calm and confidential setting in Cambridge.

ABOUT ME

Re-mind Therapy

My goal as a therapist is to help you to achieve optimal personal growth and improve emotional health in a safe space where you feel seen and heard.


My approach is integrative and collaborative, and I practice client led therapy ensuring that sessions are fully focussed on what you bring to each session.


I provide a non judgmental, empathetic and confidential setting for you to work through life’s challenges both personal and professional. Together we can explore ways to empower you to move through these challenges successfully; enabling you to reach your goals and become the best version of yourself. 


I work with clients for an array of different reasons, from childhood trauma, relationship, family, anxiety & depression issues through to professional, motivational issues. Helping you to sort out what you feel isn't working in your life at the moment.
